Start

  1. Wake the oven.

  2. Select the mode above.

  3. Set the temperature.

  4. Press Start.

Water Tank

If prompted:

  1. Remove the water tank.

  2. Fill with fresh water.

  3. Reinsert until it clicks into place.

Alfa Futuro 2 Pizze Oven 

Light

  1. Open the oven door.

  2. Press the Ignition button.

  3. Press and turn the burner knob to HIGH.

  4. Once lit, keep the burner knob pressed for 10 seconds.

  5. Release and leave on HIGH to preheat.

Preheat

Allow at least 30 minutes.
For pizza, aim for a cooking-floor temperature of 700–800°F.

Cook

Place the pizza directly on the cooking surface.

Most pizzas cook in about 90 seconds. Rotate the pizza as needed for even cooking.

Leave the door off while cooking. 

Turn It Off

  1. Turn the burner knob to OFF.

  2. Close the gas supply valve.

Safety

The oven gets extremely hot.
Use heat-resistant gloves.
Never touch the door or chimney while hot.
Never exceed 950°F.
